South Bay Street Medicine (SBSM)

Street Medicine brings high-impact trauma-informed care and Housed Beds based medical triage and care directly to the unsheltered community and provides them with these services directly where they are at. SBSM is completely decriminalized outreach.

Project ReFresh

The only weekly mobile shower program in the South Bay. The unsheltered community doesn’t just have access to showers but also vaccinations, medical care and testing, haircuts and other gap services.

Project Nutrition

CTH is the leading provider of nutrition for the South Bay unsheltered community. This includes providing fresh, hot and ready nutrition for the unsheltered community, water, coffee, and snack bags.

Gap Services

CTH provides a variety of gap services for the unsheltered community (gap services are client needs between being on the street and being housed).

CTH partners with San Diego Food Bank to provide diapers to those in need ranging from sizes 1 through 6.
